This is a full collection of Zakiya's classes. Zakiya specialises in yoga therapy for anxiety, trauma, and insomnia. Zakiya has been practising yoga for 20 years and teaching for 12+ years. For Zakiya, yoga doesn’t start or end on a mat, it is a way of life, a way of approaching people and situations through a curious, considered, and empathetic lens. Zakiya facilitates from a knowing place, as she has had high anxiety levels in the past.
