Coco's Classes

This is a full collection of Coco's classes. Coco specialises in Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. In 2017 during a trip to Bali, Coco deeply connected to Yoga encompassing the spiritual, holistic and physical realms of the practice. Her teaching draws on her career as a dancer and choreographer with a spiritual and anatomic alignment-focused style of practice. Coco’s classes are playful, creative and accessible, they embody breathwork and a deep awareness of the body.
