The Vinyasa Flow Collection

Move with us. In this collection, you’ll find a mix of dynamic, gentle and slow flows from our teachers. So whether you want to move dynamically and work up a sweat, connect to your body in a gentle flow or experience a deeper release in a slow there is something for you.

Dynamic Vinyasa flow is a playful practice that links movement with breath in one smooth continuous sequence. In these practices, you will be led from one pose to another through your inhale and exhale, creating heat inside the body and stillness in the mind.

Gentle flows invite you to move at a calmer, milder pace. Gentle means not to force, so you’ll move at a comfortable pace to open your body.

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga allows you to go deeper with longer pauses between movements and poses. Slow flow brings the element of time into your practice.
