Join Paula for a supported, restful practice to support better sleep & reduce stress. You'll explore three postures in this class with the same two pillow/bolster set-up. You'll begin with some gentle movements you can do seated or lying down. Then you'll move into your three postures.
You should use as many props as possible to support your body. You will need two-bed pillows or a bolster, a blanket, a block (or an additional folded blanket) and an eye pillow or scarf.
