Join Zakiya to explore a calming breathing practice called Humming Bee Breath & gentle movement.
Conscious exhales support our bodies to move into rest and digest mode, and gentle movement can help us to feel connected to our physical body. This practice is seated. You can do this from a chair or get comfy on a cushion or block on the floor. Have your journal close by for an optional reflection.
If you have any questions about this practice or the journey, please get in touch at [email protected].
We've curated a list of mental health resources, know that you are not alone and please reach out to a trusted person or organisation if you need support. https://www.mindwalkyoga.org/mental-health-resources
