Join Zakiya for a class inviting you to lean into support and explore solar energy with poses, including tree pose. You'll then introduce some mindful movement with a focus on connecting to your physical body. You can practise seated throughout or move to stand when directed.

This class is open to all abilities and levels. Options are given for those who require or prefer the use of a chair.
