This practice begins with some gentle movements you can do seated or lying down. Then Paula will offer various options for restorative yoga postures to help you find a sense of deep rest and relaxation. This class is suitable for all abilities, and variations are given for people who require or prefer a chair.
You are encouraged to use as many props as you have available to support your body. You will need two-bed pillows or a bolster, a blanket, a block (or an additional folded blanket) and an eye pillow or scarf.
