Join Karen for a calming class focusing on releasing your legs and hips. The first half is floor-based (or chair-based) postures, all offered up with various to make you find your ideal position. Karen also shares poetry she writes specifically for the class while you ease yourself into each pose. In the second part of the class, Karen leads you into a Yoga Nidra - a meditation guided by her voice.
