Join Coco for a nourishing Hatha Yoga class exploring postures and movement to open and release your hips. Coco begins with a pranayama practice to support balance in the nervous system, followed by a thoughtful posture practice. We encourage you to use props for this practice- blocks, and/or pillows and blankets, or whatever you have readily available in your home.
