Join Paula for a slow, supported, restful practice to support better sleep and stress reduction. This practice begins with some gentle movements you can do seated or lying down. Then Paula will offer various options for restorative yoga postures to help you find a sense of deep rest and relaxation.
You are encouraged to use as many props as you have available to support your body. You will need two-bed pillows or a bolster, a blanket, a block (or an additional folded blanket) and an eye pillow or scarf.
