Join Coco for a gentle class focused on calming breathing and a gentle warrior flow. You'll be invited to start in a comfortable position seated, seated or lying down. You'll then tune into your breath allowing it to lengthen, and flow into restful movements and poses all with a focus on self-nurturing. The class ends with a restful savasana practice.
