Join Paula for a restful practice exploring a self-nurturing forward fold, gentle hip-opener and twist. You'll begin with some gentle movements you can do seated or lying down, followed by being guided into supported postures.
You should use as many props as possible to support your body. You will need two-bed pillows or a bolster, a blanket, a block (or an additional folded blanket) and an eye pillow or scarf.
