Join Zakiya for a gentle backbends class focused on soothing breathing and an empowering warrior flow. You'll be invited to start in a comfortable position seated, lying down or possibly a supported child's pose. You'll then tune into your breath allowing it to lengthen, and flow into restful movements and poses all with a focus on backbends. The class ends with a coherent breathing practice.
