Join Zakiya for a soothing forward bends class with calming breathing and a gentle warrior flow. You'll be invited to start in a comfortable position, seated, lying down, or possibly a supported child's pose. You'll then tune into your breath, allowing it to lengthen and flow into restful movements and poses, all with a focus on forward bends. The class ends with a coherent breathing practice.
