Join Zakiya for a gentle and empowering warrior flow to connect to your mind and body. You'll start seated, do some gentle movement and flow into a warrior flow. The class ends with a coherent breathing practice. You can practise seated throughout or move to stand when directed. This class is open to all abilities and levels. Options are given to those who require or prefer the use of a chair. This is a livestream class recording in February 2023.
