Join Zakiya for a soothing class that starts with calming breathing. You'll slowly start to introduce some mindful movement of the arms and shoulders and some facial massage to relieve tension. You can practise seated throughout or move to stand when directed. You can use a wall or chair to support your body when doing the standing flow.
This is is a great option if you have any wrist or arm issues as there is no floorwork or weight-bearing movements for the upper body in this practice.
This class is open to all abilities and levels. Options are given for those who require or prefer the use of a chair.
