Join Zakiya for a restful class focused on forward, self-nurturing positions, soothing sighs and belly breathing. You'll be invited to start in a comfortable position seated, lying down or possibly a supported child's pose. You'll then tune into your breath allowing it to lengthen, and flow into restful movements and poses all with a focus on self-nurturing. The class ends with a coherent breathing practice.
