Join Zakiya for an energising breathing practice called Lion's breath. You'll start with some gentle movement to awaken your body. You'll then explore Lion's breath with the option to include some movement with it. When we roar like a lion, we release tension in our faces, boost our sense of self, we make a grounding, affirming sound, and generally, it can feel quite good!
