Paula's Classes

This is a full collection of Paula's classes. Paula specialises in restorative yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra. Paula is also an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher. Paula's 10+ years of Yoga teaching draws on her own experience of yoga as a tool for transformation and to aid recovery from injury, trauma and stress. This led her to train as a teacher and fuels her desire to share the life-enhancing benefits of yoga with others. Paula is also a published author, her debut book is Rest + Calm, a beautifully written gentle yoga and mindfulness guidebook.
